As Catalyst Miami’s Office Manager, Dhorka ensures all office operations and procedures are organized and efficient. She has a special talent for staff appreciation activities, having implemented Snack Mondays and upgrading anniversary gifts. Dhorka is passionate about the community and giving back. She has worked in the social services space for over 10 years, coming to work at Catalyst Miami in 2014.
