Before joining Catalyst Miami, Gaëlle spent more than a decade traveling and working with people from all over the world. Throughout those experiences, she discovered her passion for seeing people and communities thrive. Never one to miss an opportunity to champion important issues, Gaëlle is one of the many at Catalyst Miami inspired by a deep commitment to equity, community, and collaboration. A proud Golden Panther, Gaëlle obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Florida International University.
