Julio Calderon | Economic Justice Organizer

As Economic Justice Organizer, Julio works alongside the community economic development team to provide support with the Worker-Owned Enterprises Program's academy and development, and to help build community in different areas of the county based on interest or region. Julio started as a college organizer, where he worked on immigrant rights, including the DREAM Act, DACA, in-state tuition, and even leading state-wide campaigns for the protection of immigrant rights. Julio graduated with an economics degree from the Florida International University.
