Anaruth Flores *(she/her/ella)| Policy & Advocacy Manager

Anaruth Flores is the Senior Policy & Advocacy Manager at Catalyst Miami, where she leads efforts to advance more democratic, just, and equitable policies across Miami-Dade County and the state of Florida. She works closely with partners and the Florida Legislature to champion legislation on economic, climate, and racial justice, ensuring that community voices are represented in policymaking.

Previously, she served as the Community Engagement Coordinator for South Dade at Catalyst, focusing on strengthening civic participation at the local level.

Anaruth earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University and her Master’s degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from Barry University in December 2021. She is deeply committed to advancing community-driven solutions that address systemic challenges and create lasting change.
