Daniella Pierre | Miami Dade College

Daniella Pierre is a social justice engineer and servant leader. She is a former student of Jan Mann Opportunity Center (an alternative school for at-risk youth), Job Corps, a long-time resident of Miami-Dade County, and an alumna of Florida International University’s Chapman Graduate School of Business. As a first-generation high school and college graduate, Daniella is passionate about educational equity, upward mobility, issues affecting women and young girls. She is also a staunch advocate for affordable housing, homeownership, and community-driven progress. She possesses over 10 years of experience in higher education, fair housing advocacy and social justice. For her leadership and advocacy efforts, Daniella has received many awards including being named one of South Florida’s Top 40 Under 40 Black Leaders and among the Top 100 Haitian Americans of the Year.
