Emma Bowling *(she/her) | Leadership Programs Coordinator

Emma serves as the Leadership Programs Coordinator at Catalyst. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Development from Covenant College and has extensive experience working in nonprofit sectors alongside historically marginalized communities. Her work advocating for small businesses and connecting them to resources, organizations, and faith leaders has inspired her to start her own ceramics business. Passionate about fostering equitable and creative spaces, she is dedicated to providing individuals from diverse backgrounds opportunities to express themselves through the arts. Her goal is to help underserved communities unite and thrive holistically.
