Gustavo Carrero *(he/him/el) | Economic Justice Manager

Gustavo serves as the Economic Justice Manager at Catalyst Miami, where he leads initiatives that promote financial stability and economic mobility for individuals and families. His work focuses on expanding access to financial education, coaching, and resources that help communities navigate complex systems and build long-term financial security. He is deeply committed to ensuring that economic opportunity is accessible to all and to equipping communities with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve lasting financial well-being.

Originally from Venezuela, Gustavo relocated to Miami in 2014 and has continued to grow professionally through a strong commitment to service and community impact. He holds certifications in program management and financial education and is currently pursuing a national certification in financial counseling. Gustavo completed his studies in criminal justice and administrative law in Venezuela.
