We can get Medicaid expansion on the 2026 ballot. We just need you.
To make it on the ballot we need to collect more than 1 million petition signatures from registered voters in Florida.
You can do your part to fix Florida’s broken healthcare system by signing the petition yourself and encouraging your friends, family, and other members of your community to do the same.

How to Sign the Petition
*Note: In order to comply with new state regulations, you must put your petition in the mail within 24 hours of signing.
It's easier than ever for Florida voters to request and complete a petition. Whether you have a printer at home or prefer to receive a printed petition in the mail, we’ve got you covered.

- Enter the required details to pre-fill your petition with information that matches your voter registration (name, address, date of birth, etc.).
- Review the petition for accuracy.
- Print, sign, and date it.

Petition Requirements

- All petitions must be filled out by voters who are registered in the State of Florida.
- Best practice is to fill out petitions in blue or black ink.
- All petitions should be checked to ensure that all information is filled out, and that the information is legible.
- Ripped, damaged, or illegible petitions are not accepted by the Supervisor of Election.
