Charlene Francois serves as the Worker-Owned Enterprises Manager at Catalyst Miami. She brings experience in workshop facilitation, food justice and youth development. Prior to joining Catalyst, Charlene worked with Care Resource Community Health Centers, Inc. Charlene believes in the transformative power of democratic workplaces and cooperative economics. She has the heart of a visionary and is committed to advocating on behalf of love, justice, and equity. Charlene holds a BA from Columbia University.
