Nina Thompkins *(she/her)| Chief Operating Officer

Nina Thompkins is the Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Miami, where she oversees Catalyst's Operations Department. Nina joined Catalyst Miami in 2014, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of services to clients. Her previous work experiences include providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for several nonprofits organizations, and working directly with the criminal justice system and providing wraparound care coordination to the high risk population of children with an incarcerated parent. Nina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and has a master's degree in social work from Barry University and a bachelor's degree and minor in Criminal Justice from FIU.
