Petition Requirements
Answer
- All petitions must be filled out by voters who are registered in the State of Florida.
- All petitions should be checked to ensure that all information is filled out.
- Ripped, damaged, or illegible petitions are not accepted by the Supervisor of Election.
- The petition form has changed as of 7/1/25; all blank copies of the previous form should be disposed of immediately.
- If you signed before February 1, 2026, those petitions are no longer valid, and you must sign again.
