The Biden Administration finalized a new public charge regulation in September 2022, increasing protections for immigrant families. It is important for our community members to understand the changes to the regulation and that this is a big win for immigrant families.
We will have 3 breakout rooms where 3 lawyers will be presenting the same information in English, Spanish, and Creole.
