Ọmọlará Williams McCallister *(Ọ/love/beloved) | Leadership Program Manager

Ọmọlará brings a rich background of coalition-building and community care to Ọ work as the Leadership Program Manager at Catalyst Miami. In 2015, Ọmọlará co-founded the DC branch of Black Lives Matter, organizing thousands over the years to increase the quality of life for local residents. Most recently, Ọ was the Founder and Director at Freedom School for Artists, a capacity-building organization that provided free professional development support to artists and cultural workers who have historically been excluded from, marginalized and exploited within the arts world. Ọmọlará plays capoeira, creates with fiber, and writes poetry.
