Performance Reviews
Answer
We believe in developing leadership inside our organization. All staff go through an annual performance review process, reflecting on progress made toward individualized goals.
New hires meet with their supervisor at the 30, 60, and 90-day mark, to ensure they understand and are working toward their individual goals.
Reviews are submitted to direct supervisors, who add comments and meet with supervisees to update performance plans and review department goals. The CEO reviews all performance reviews before they are finalized and added to personnel files.
